We loved working with The Charter. We did our actual wedding at the Park Hyatt but our other events were with the Charter and we had about a quarter of our guests staying here as well. The customer service (thanks Kaela!) was far better than we could have hoped for. This past year they did some updates to the space which definitely modernized the spaces. The menus and flexibility with catering were really impressive and we thought the bar menus were awesome. I would use this venue all over again if I had the choice because the service was really top-notch and stress-free.

We just wrapped up our son’s wedding in Beaver Creek CO. We used The Charter Hotel for the Rehearsal dinner and Welcome Reception and it was absolutely perfect! The staff, food and service provided by The Charter was unmatched! And as far as planning goes, from the very start, Kaela was helpful, responsive, and extremely open to all of our questions and ideas. We would do it all over again at The Charter in a heartbeat and I highly recommend!

The Charter at Beaver Creek is the perfect place to host your dream wedding! As a professional wedding planner, I love working at this venue! This venue is wonderful and was the perfect spot for our small wedding. The inside of the hotel is beautiful and intimate, and the layout of the Wedding Deck outside was really great. The Wedding Deck was gorgeous and with the backdrop of the mountains we really didn't need any additional decor.

We worked with Kaela and she was amazing - super friendly, helpful and flexible throughout the entire process. She made sure everything was taken care of and was so easygoing throughout that it made us feel so relaxed. I highly recommend you have your wedding here if you're looking for an intimate mountain venue!
